Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to finalize any booking. This deposit secures the date exclusively for your event and initiates the creative preparation required for a professional mentalism performance. Your date is not considered "locked" until the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation Terms

As a specialized service provider, my availability is limited. If an engagement is cancelled by the client, the following balance schedule applies to compensate for the lost opportunity to book other clients:

  • Over 30 Days Notice: Only the initial deposit is retained.
  • 15 to 30 Days Notice: 50% of the total agreed fee is due.
  • Under 14 Days Notice: 100% of the total agreed fee is due.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event. I will make every professional effort to move the booking to your new date based on my current tour and performance schedule. If a date cannot be mutually agreed upon, the standard cancellation terms will apply.

4. Our Professional Commitment

Should an unforeseen emergency prevent me from performing, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid. To ensure your event remains magical, I will also leverage my professional network to help you find a replacement mentalist of similar caliber.

Corporate Compliance: All invoices and refunds are processed in accordance with Indian GST regulations. Performance fees are for the specific expertise and time allocated to your event.
